"Reframing"...
By: Connie J..., April 13, 2026
...your thought processes can give you a WHOLE NEW perspective on life.
One example, "Why does everything bad happen to me??!"; maybe change to, "Is there some life-lesson I am supposed to be learning from all of these things that seem to keep happening to me?"
Another reframe could be, "Are things happening to me because of choices I keep making, over and over?"
Basically, reframing is asking yourself questions in a more productive way. It breaks that negative thought-loop, and makes a path to move forward out of that stuck feeling.
The goal is NOT to ignore your feelings; or just wish they would go away. Your feelings are ALWAYS valid - but sometimes it's the shade of light in which you see them. Reframing can change that "tone/color pallet".
What do YOU think? Can you see just one thought process in your life, that could use a little "reframing"?
We would LOVE to hear any insight you might have.
