When Dreams Turn to Nightmares... (Connie J...)
Do you have dreams and expectations for your relationships? Are your expectations met?
Do you have nightmares? Is your life a nightmare, in reality, 24/7?
In situations of Domestic Violence, bullying, or any kind of sexual assault, that is how it often feels.
As if there is no escape, even when the perpetrator is not present. The mind continually replays previous, or anticipates a future encounter.
You are constantly wishing you would have said something different, or nothing at all.
How can you stop these nightmares, and get back to your dreams? Do you have the freedom to make the choices to take the steps to get there?
Is it time for you to ask for help?
I know I have asked a lot of questions, here; but is it time you faced those questions? The ones that have been swirling in your head, causing MORE questions than answers?
Again, I ask, is it time to End YOUR Silence of Violence?
Have a good day, and be SAFE...
